Infant School awareness campaign on the current drought

As part of the framework of Global Citizenship and the call to "care for our common home" (Laudato si, Pope Francis), we cannot ignore the current drought we are experiencing. For this reason, in Infants, we have spent some time working with our students on the ongoing drought, to subsequently focus on the actions that we, from our immediate environment, can undertake to help alleviate the situation.

We learnt what water is for, who needs it, and when and what we use it for. We discussed the meaning of drought, what is happening to water in Catalonia, etc.
We have worked with a range of different sources of information, adapted to the age of the children in the infant school, and we have put our learning into a shared mural.
