We have begun a new international project with the Jesuit school Leone XIII in Milan (Italy).
Over 5 fun-filled days of sports and friendship, the 15 NEI 5th grade exchange students and their Italian peers had the chance to take part in a host of sporting activities designed to encourage team spirit and healthy competition. The boys and girls showcased their passion and skills in swimming, athletics, football and basketball and also took part in a range of fun sporting activities such as table tennis, baseball, vortex throwing and trampoline.
In the afternoons they visited different iconic places in the city of Milan such as Arco della Pace, Parco Sempione, Castello Sforzesco and Piazza Duomo.
Many thanks to the Jesuit school Leone XIII for this amazing experience and warm hospitality!
It was a unique opportunity to make new friends and get to know other cultures, broadening the children's horizons and allowing them to grow as global citizens.
