Marc Tarrida Boliart, a 2nd year upper secondary school student, was awarded a prize in the second edition of the Gaudí Awards for his research project entitled Diversity of beliefs and religions. Interreligious dialogue, the path to coexistence". The award ceremony took place yesterday in the Basilica of the Sagrada Família. He was accompanied by his class tutor, Toni Montilla.
The Ateneu Universitari Sant Pacià and the Fundació Escola Cristiana de Catalunya (FECC) together with the support of Almadraba Edicions, announce the 2nd Gaudí Award to upper secondary research works and higher education projects, in order to recognise the efforts of students in learning and research in relation to religion.
All projects on subjects related to religion from any of its multiple approaches, selected beforehand by the educational centre in which the student is enrolled, which have obtained a minimum grade of notable [B] and have been presented at an educational centre in Catalonia during the 2022-2023 academic year, may be submitted.
Both upper secondary school research projects and higher level training cycle research projects are eligible for one of the following categories:
The assessment of the work takes into consideration the focus of the subject and its correspondence between the initial approach, goals and conclusions; the suitability of the information sources and their proper citation; the capacity to extract data; the capacity for synthesis and its critical assessment; the creativity and originality of the work; and the structure and presentation of the work and the appropriate use of language.
