DALI workshop for Upper Secondary students

As part of the academic and professional guidance programme, all our students take part in a series of activities which are intended to help them become aware of their own interests, progress in personal reflection, review their own values, ascertain their life options and help them to make decisions regarding their professional future.

These activities include the workshop DALI (Decision-Making the Ignatian Way)

WHY DALI?

It's been a while since our students started Upper Secondary Year 1, making an important choice. This was just one of the many decisions they will have to take or have already taken this year. When answering a question that poses a choice, it is essential to take your time and have the tools to make it meaningful. This workshop seeks to assist Upper Secondary students in taking decisions. It helps them see and understand the need to make decisions to continue growing, not get carried away and choose without fear of making mistakes. When given a choice, we can always decide not to pick and let someone else make the selection for us. However, when it is our decision, when we choose for ourselves, we are freer, we gain in fullness and maturity, and in short we will be happier and surely make others happier.
