Berrly unveils its software to Marketing and Advertising students

As part of the Creating and Managing Customer Service project, AVET Marketing and Advertising students at Jesuïtes Sarrià – Sant Ignasi will be able to attend a masterclasson automation and data-driventechnology led by Eric Sala i Marin, CEO of Berrly.

In this session, Sala i Marin will show how this innovative software for association management works, what its advantages are and how it helps to save management time to allow organisations to target growing their communities through successful communication.

Marketing and Advertising students will get the chance courtesy of Berrly to access the platform to try out the tool and learn how it works at first hand.

Berrly is "Software as a Service" CRM for third sector organisations and sports clubs. It helps organisations to manage their members and supporters through a simple platform which can be accessed from any device with an internet connection.

This AVET Marketing and Advertising project run by Sant Ignasi's Vocational Studies team enables students to find out just how important it is for businesses to achieve customer satisfaction and also see that the main drivers for building customer communication and relationships are closely tied to the company's value proposition, differentiation, brand value and loyalty.

Anchored in a relational approach to marketing, in the project students plan and deliver customer service by coordinating automated actions harnessing software such as Zoho, Mailchimp and Berrly.
